Our semi-detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul de sac at Barton, a village between Darlington and Richmond, 1 mile from Scotch Corner.
The accomodation consists of:
- kitchen/breakfast room with automatic washing machine, fridge and microwave, table and chairs
- lounge / diner with three piece suite, DVD, coloured TV, table and chairs
- one double bedroom
- one twin bedroom
- bathroom with bath/shower and toilet
- telephone (incoming calls only)
- centrally heated and double glazed
- front and rear gardens (with furniture)
- parking on street and on drive with garage
The price includes all the bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.
We ask you to respect our policy of this being a non-smoking home.
Please notify us if you intend to bring along your family pet dog.
This is an excellent centre for touring the North of England, with the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and York,on the doorstep and the Lake District, Northumberland and Scotland only two hours away. Access to the pub, shops and village green are just outside the back gate.
- The rent of the home is £250-£350 per week, of which £50 is required as a deposit on booking.
- The balance is to be paid two weeks before your arrival.
- There are no extra charges. Electricity, heating, bed-linen and towels are all included in the price.
